Paleo Chocolate is the BEST! Just remember to keep in the fridge until right before you want to eat it – the coconut oil melts quickly in the Aussie Sumer! The sweetness of the dried fruit, the bitterness from the cacao and the crunch from the nuts gives this chocolate amazing texture and layers, and some serious party in mouth action.
